Kilwick Bulawayo

Kilwick IT

Who We Are

Kilwick IT (CompuPro) was established in 1997, principally as a computer hardware supply company. Known then as CompuPro, we supplied a wide range of computers, printers, peripherals, and consumables for many years to the Bulawayo market.

In 2006 we branched into network design and installation, both LAN and WAN, and provided networks to both the commercial and educational markets, mainly in and around the city of Bulawayo.

In 2011, when the current Managing Director/CEO took the reins, it was decided to pursue a broader market, and attention was given to Victoria Falls (tourism) and the Lowveld areas (agriculture and education).

Whilst inroads into these areas and industries assisted by positive economic trends of that time assisted with some growth; it was abundantly clear that to succeed we would need to develop our technicians, technical support and offer continuity to our customers.

Opportunity knocked when Bytes Systems Integration from Johannesburg offered us a joint venture to set up and subsequently maintain the main toll route within the country. We rose to the challenge and since 2014 have maintained the ICT services on the Figtree-Mutare route, based out of our Harare office and backed by our national data centre, which we established there.

Further development and training of staff ensued, and this has allowed us to access the Hotel market in Victoria Falls, and also to supply and service the CURE International Hospital in Bulawayo.

Why Choose Us
